Thank you for your purchase. Each Chofa piece is handcrafted in our Miami studio, created with intention and care.
Because our designs are made-to-order, we do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to offer exchanges under the following conditions:
Exchanges (Within 7 Days)

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in original, unworn condition, with all original packaging.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If an item is returned damaged, worn, or not in its original condition, any loss in value may be deducted.

Custom or personalized pieces are final sale.

To process an exchange, please:

Complete the official Chofa Jewelry Exchange Form.

Include the completed form inside your return package.

Ship the item back to us using a trackable method.
Once we receive your item in its original condition, your new piece will be handmade and shipped back to you.
