Exchanges Only
We do not accept returns or offer refunds. We accept exchanges only.
Timeframe

The buyer must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.

The item must be postmarked and shipped back within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions of Return
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:

Unworn, unused, and in original condition (no scratches, odors, makeup, perfume, or wear marks).

Returned with all original packaging, inserts, tags, and gifts-with-purchase (if any).
If an item is not returned in original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value (as agreed upon with the seller) and that amount may be deducted from the exchange value.
Who Pays for Shipping

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the package is safely delivered back to us.

We strongly recommend a trackable, insured shipping service; we can’t be responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit back to us.
How to Request an Exchange

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, the item you’re exchanging, and what you’d like instead (size/color/new item).

We’ll confirm exchange availability and provide return instructions.

Ship the item within 7 days of delivery, using a trackable service and pack it securely in the original packaging.

Once received and inspected, we’ll process the exchange. If there’s a price difference, we’ll invoice or credit accordingly.

Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing original packaging
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
International Orders (if applicable)
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and safe delivery back to us (trackable, insured service strongly recommended).
